We had an amazing experience today. The young lady there was so kind and helpful. It was our first time and she helped us figure out everything. Especially since we had for kids deciding what they want. We went there specifically to try the cookies and the gluten-free cookies. They made them fresh. They were warm, delicious, and probably the best gluten-free cookie I've ever had.

I’ve wanted to try Insomnia Cookies for so long after seeing so many people say how good they are and how they are better than Crumbl. I was finally close by to try them and now regret wasting my money on them. I was so disappointed with our 4 cookies we got. They were almost soggy like, under baked and with no crispiness to them at all. My S'mores cookie was completely doughy in the middle. The flavors were ok on our other 3, but they did not taste fresh and were so soft/squishy (not in a good way) I guess from sitting in the warmer for who knows how long. They definitely did not live up to the hype at all. I’m better off making my own cookies at home.

I finally got an opportunity to try Insomnia Cookies. My son and I got a 9pk with a variety of cookies. I would have to say I wasn’t as impressed as I had hoped. For the price the cookies were rather small. I did enjoy the Salted Caramel Deluxe Cookie. I would like to try the cookie with their ice cream and maybe then I’ll be more impressed. I do appreciate their hours of operation for a late night snack.

We didn't see the reviews before stopping by and regretted it... store seemed clean but the cookies were not fresh out of the oven and were just kept in covered plastic baskets under the countertop. We spent about $16 on 6 cookies (2 mint chip, 2 double chocolate -smaller than the rest-, 1 chocolate chip, 1 eclair flavor), re-baked them at home since we wanted them hot, but they didn't really taste like much for the price. We won't be back again. This shop is probably still open due to hungry college kids who want snacks late at night and don't have taste buds or budgets...better off baking something on your own or going to Crumbl for the price.

I had such a great experience at Insomnia Cookies, and it was largely thanks to Sara. Even though it was late, she was incredibly patient, polite, and attentive. She took her time helping our group choose the best cookies and made the whole experience feel welcoming and enjoyable. Truly outstanding service.
